As an Art Historian and Studio art Major I have acquired both subjective and objective perspectives. This allows me to create and observe works with a critical eye that many others are not afforded. Growing up in the suburbs of the midwest Ive always had high aspirations for myself. From moving to New England for my studies to going abroad in Florence Italy I have proven myself savvy and adaptable. My thirst for new experience has led me to be extremely experimental in my art work constantly trying to push myself beyond traditional mediums and my own artistic abilities. I believe boundaries are meant to be pushed because it is in this grey area that we may start questioning and experiencing the true nature of our selves and the society/culture that has raised us.
